Kristina was not at all friendly. She made us feel as though she wanted to flip the table to make more money. Hot very little value from the bottomless mimosas and this is not the first time I've had a poor experience. I do not think this will be my brunch spot going forward. Very disappointing as I used to frequent this place a lot

Disappointed with the lack of service. Was the second table in the restaurant, so completely empty. Took our server 10 mins to get to the table and then didn't introduce herself. Took orders, never checked back. My friends toast was completely black and we finally had to ask a busser for a new one, only for it to come out after we had finished our meals. I work in the industry as well and I was really looking forward to this meal but was thrououghly disappointed.

Came for a Sunday brunch with 4 adults and 2 children. When we arrived the hostess was turning away folks so we were glad we had open table reservation. We were seated quickly seated in expanded indoor area and promptly greeted by our waiter. We ordered the Mexican skillet, brioche French toast , waffle sandwich, tomatoe soup, onion soup and the beet salad. Despite being busy food came quickly. Overall the food was good but not great. I thought the brioche French toast was very good but the Mexican Sillet made of chorizo , eggs, veggies cheese and Tator tots was a bit of a disappointment. Still, given the great environment, fantastic service and variety of options , Cafeteria 15Lis a great brunch option for families and large groups.

First bummer, Brunch is listed until 3pm and when I ordered a mimosa at 2:15 I was given the choice of one glass or bottomless. I chose bottomless and the waitress then tells me she will only pour until 2:45 and by the time my first glass arrived it was 2:20. Second bummer happened when at 5 minutes before 3 the staff started taking condiments off of our table like ketchup etc making it feel like we needed to leave. I'm sad I picked this place to meet my brother from out of town. Food was good not amazing and the two way mirrors in the restrooms...... HUGE turn off!

We dine here often and usually enjoy great service. Unfortunately, our last visit was very uncommon where we experienced horrible service. Food brought to table but no place settings provided, kept having to request water refills, waitress (Amber) forgot to comeback to take our order, had to ask for dessert menus and only 1 brought back for a table of 8. Hope this doesn't become a regular problem.

This was a recommendation by colleague who lives in the area. Waited for table and got a couple drinks. Order truffle tater tots which were ready by the time the table was ready so they promptly got them to the table. Food was really good. Kids loved the tater tots for appetizer. I had the prime rib special that night which was above average and cooked exactly to my liking. We stayed at hotel across the street so it was an easy walk over and because it was so good, we went for breakfast the following morning. Highly recommend the skillets and the pancakes.

This is a great restaurant for a date. The service was OUTSTANDING! Why? I had reservation and was seated immediately. The young hostess was warm and so welcoming. I sat down and felt it was too warm in the restaurant and asked to be seated outside...quieter and just great for conversation. The other OUTSTANDING remark I have: Order a "Dirty Martini" (with Tito's Vodka). Wow - fantastic! The Rib Eye was too chewy and I order Rib-Eyes frequently. Rib Eyes are suppose to be easy to chew, and should not be chewy. Overall, I recommend this great place. Oh - appetizers were great (Mushroom Bruschetta ).

Excellent meal and value. I had the Ahi salad with plum vinagrette--a real winner. Others had caesar salad and liked it, and the grilled cheese/tomato soup combo. There was a lot of food. Great food, great restrooms, nice atmosphere. The wait staff said, "No, we can't do that..." a few too many times.

Net friends for dinner to celebrate finishing a major project! Our waitress was very friendly and offered to open our champagne without having to ask! The food was delicious and served perfectly without having to wait! The cafeteria would be the first place I would recommend for dinner! :-)

Again Cafeteria 15L does not disappoint. The three of us were going to The Sound of Music with brunch before the Saturday matinee. One order of chicken and waffles as always and two Cafeteria burgers. The only fault was the two burgers got mixed up. One medium and one medium rare, set before the wrong person. But no worries the meal was still good.
Highly recommend Cafeteria 15L, so close and so good. Thanks from three happy dinners.

Cafeteria 15L is a casual dining place located close to the Convention Center and the hotels that surround it (downtown Sacramento). It can handle big groups (there were 8 in our group and the table could have easily seated 10). The food is delicious, prices are good ($15-$30 for most entrees). Good, reasonably priced wine list. We would recommend and would come again. Our centrally located table was long and the noise level made it a bit tricky to talk to people at the other end of the table.

Cafeteria 15L is our 'go to' restaurant when we are in town for a show. It is located right next to the Sacramento Community Center, and actually has it's own parking lot. So you only park once, and can walk next door to the venue!
The food never disappoints, and especially this visit! Their special was the Sea Bass over creamy mashed potatoes, spinach greens and al dente tomatoes. I can't believe 'I ate the whole thing'! I could not put my fork down! Sea Bass is my favorite and not a lot of restaurants offer it. This was the absolute best Sea Bass I have ever had! Over the ones I have had at Ruth Chris! Kudo's to Cafeteria 15L!!!!

This was our first time there. We had tickets for a show at the theater but the staff did not know that we could have gotten a discount by showing our show tickets. Otherwise the food was outstanding and great prices.

We went for Sunday brunch and it was slamming busy! We were so happy we had a reservation! The environment was super fun but a bit loud. The food was really good! The staff was dressed up for Halloween and very friendly.
